Size guide: How fit your clothes?
Usually our clothes fit in the normal way, like the well-known functional training brands. You can find a size guide under the product sheets in the DESCRIPTION section.
Our t-shirts are worn rather loose, in order to be more suitable for all your WODs. They are not form-fitting like body-hugging training suits for instance. So take your size if you don't want to be tight inside and on the contrary a size below if you prefer close to the body.
Our mesh leggings fit larger than the classics ones, we advise you to take a size smaller than usual, except for the mesh PLUS leggings which size tighter at the waist.
Our tie-back tank tops are larger than our classic tank tops, we advise you to take one or two sizes smaller depending on whether you want to wear it loose or close to the body.

Returning items: I want to return an item or get a refund, what is the procedure?
You can exchange your items or get a refund within 15 days, as long as they are new, with price tag and in a blister pack.
To do so, simply return the items to us at the following address, the return costs being at your expense for orders less than € 80 including tax: 16 rue Sirven, 31100 TOULOUSE, FRANCE.
For orders over 80 €, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you a return form.
Please insert a piece of paper containing your full contact details (name, postal and email address, telephone number) as well as the new size desired for an exchange or a refund request.
We will then send you your new items or make a full or partial refund by transfer.
Site error: I cannot place an order, register a delivery address, there is an error message. How to do ?
As the site is regularly under maintenance in order to be updated and improved for a better customer experience, there may sometimes be bugs preventing you from placing an order or performing an action on the site.
In this case, we advise you to try on several tools: on phone, computer, etc. as well as several internet browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox. And try again a little later. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to send us a message explaining the problem to email@example.com, via the contact section or on social networks.
Order tracking: I did not receive the tracking of my order, where is my order?
You receive emails for each order preparation and shipment. Our carriers will then contact you by email if you have left your email and telephone details to send you the order tracking number.
Remember to check your spam folder in your mailbox because sometimes order tracking emails arrive in spam emails.
